Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 0 to 2 business days using fully tracked courier services.
Our chosen couriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, who facilitate the safe and timely delivery of your items.
Processing times may vary depending on the brand — see below for brand-specific exceptions.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We then confirm stock availability with our suppliers.

  • If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
  • If the item(s) are available for immediate shipment (typically within three business days), we will capture the payment and arrange shipment.

Built-to-Order Items

For products marked “Built-to-Order”, we will:

  • Confirm estimated lead time with the manufacturer before charging your card.
  • Notify you of the lead time for approval.
  • Allow you to cancel if production has not started and the lead time does not meet your expectations.

⚠️ Once manufacturing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.


Order Shipment

If your item is in stock and payment is processed, it will ship within 0–2 business days.
Tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours after shipment.


Shipping Times

We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Most orders: 1–5 business days after shipping (Total estimated delivery: 1–7 business days).
  • Times may vary due to supply chain fluctuations, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

Brand-Specific Shipping Times

WildTop Products:
Ships within 3–5 business days; transit time is 7–16 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days.

Fas-Top Products:
Ships within 7–12 business days; transit time is 3–7 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 10–19 business days.


Lost or Damaged Items

It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery for damage or defects.
You must notify us via email within 5 business days of delivery. No exceptions.

If you notify us within 5 business days:

  • Email us at sales@truck-cover.com with photos of the item, box, and SKU, along with a brief description.
  • We will offer one of the following:
    • Free replacement parts
    • A discount to keep the item as is
    • A full refund/replacement

Important:

  • Items must remain unused while we process your claim.
  • Keep all packaging for inspection by the freight carrier if needed.
  • You have 3 business days to accept or reject our resolution offer.

If you fail to notify us within 5 business days:

  • We cannot issue refunds, discounts, or replacements.
  • Replacement parts may still be purchased, but at your expense.
  • Without photos and documentation, we cannot file freight claims, making any compensation invalid.
