Cancellations & Refunds
At truck-cover.com, you can cancel your order any time before it ships free of charge (exceptions apply for custom/special orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse.

Cancellations After the Order Has Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer want the item, you must wait until it is delivered and then initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, as these products are built specifically for your order.
If you are unsure whether your item is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before purchasing.
All sales are final for custom-built and made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange a product, you may do so if it has not been used or opened.
You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges.
Not all products are eligible for return once shipped.
We work directly with manufacturers, so if they do not permit returns, we cannot authorize one.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs applies to outright returns.
- Replacement Orders: If you exchange for a different product, we may help cover part of the cost depending on the item.
- Return Window: Customers have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
Important Customer Acknowledgements
When purchasing from truck-cover.com, you agree that:
- You will inspect the package upon delivery, take pictures of any damage, and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping of any replacement product.
- Returned items must be unused and unopened.
- If the order has shipped, a full refund is no longer available.
- Returns after shipment incur return shipping + 20% restocking fee.
- Estimated shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer or logistical constraints.
- You agree not to cancel or file a chargeback solely because an estimated lead time changed outside of our control.
Damages
If a package appears damaged, inspect it immediately.
- If your item(s) are damaged, email sales@truck-cover.com with photos of the item, box, and SKU, plus a brief description of the damage.
- Photos/videos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or the claim will not be valid.
- Visible damage (punctures, dents, etc.) must be reported within 48 hours.
- We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and offer resolution (replacement, discount, or refund).
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer.
See the individual product page for details.
Damage that is not reported within 30 days of delivery is not considered a warranty claim.
Returns Process
For any return (other than damage or defect claims):
- Contact us first to obtain an RMA number and the correct return address.
- Ship the item back unused and undamaged, including insurance if needed.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
BOGO Promotions
For Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) offers:
- Both items must be returned for a full refund.
- If only one is returned, you may receive a replacement or store credit for that itemβs value.
- Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply once the order has shipped.
Chargebacks
Our team is here to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be treated as theft and pursued legally.
