Durability:

Chandler’s work truck toolboxes are made to work as hard as you do, sticking it out every day in the roughest environments. The polished barn-style doors include polished stainless steel T-Handle compression latches to provide maximum security. Premium quality 5052, .125 thick corrosion-resistant aluminum is used for the box and the doors. Robot welds throughout, and jig mounting ensures each box is perfectly square.

Weather Resistance: 

Rather than typical inset doors, Chandler Truck Accessories mounts the doors using external closures. This gives the box a full perimeter rain gutter around the doors, so water runs away. The rain gutter, the full, commercial grade gasket, and the twist-to-lock T-Handle latches work together to seal against the harshest weather. 

Security: 

The T-Handle latch is bolted in place with four internal industrial hucks and has a built-in lock cylinder for added protection. Each huck provides pull strength of 3,000 lbs, so nothing is going to pry that door open.
